Financial Planning and Analysis Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Professional to join our Business Finance team. As HighRadius Corporation continues to grow, this role will play a key part in providing senior management and executives with greater visibility and predictability into our business.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, quantitative analysis experience, and expert knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets. They will also possess excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.

  • Manage budgets, projections, reports, and analysis in collaboration with various teams.
  • Run month-end close with accounting.

This is an opportunity to facilitate hyper-growth at scale by enhancing finance procedures and implementing new systems. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Business Finance and be responsible for managing budgets, projections, reports, and analysis in collaboration with various teams.

Key qualifications include:

  • MBA Finance or CA qualification.
  • Strong Financial modeling skills and quantitative analysis experience.
  • Expert in Excel and Google Sheets; Understanding of GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in stakeholder management.

As a member of our Business Finance team, you will contribute to building world-class products from the ground up. This role offers a unique chance to work on complex financial projects and drive growth within the company.
