Key Account Professional

Job Overview:

As a seasoned Key Account Professional, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing strategic client relationships, managing the entire customer lifecycle, developing and executing business strategies, fostering cross-functional collaboration, participating in high-level decision-making processes, and ensuring seamless project operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Client Management: Provide overarching support to clients across multiple dimensions, including target setting, mechanism implementation, system optimization, and tool utilization.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Identify opportunities for growth, maintain deep account relationships, monitor client status, prevent churn, and recover lost business.
  • Business Strategy Formulation and Execution: Develop and implement account segmentation strategies, plan peak season initiatives, support and execute organizational strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Execution: Collaborate with regional teams and industry operations departments to align, integrate, and implement corporate and functional team initiatives.
  • Participation in High-Level Decisions and Tenders: Participate in client bidding processes and provide support for key business decisions.
  • Project Operations and Exception Handling: Monitor daily project operations, handle major issues and anomalies, manage client requirements, and coordinate cross-functional resources.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: English proficiency is mandatory as a working language.
  • Industry and Client Experience: Prior experience working with large Chinese enterprises is highly preferred. Background in serving clients from telecom/high-tech or footwear & apparel industries is advantageous.
  • Warehouse/Logistics Experience: Candidates with experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations will be given preference.
  • Nice to Have: Familiarity with the Middle East market, especially Dubai or GCC countries' business practices. Experience working with Chinese multinational clients, B2B sales or solution sales background, understanding of enterprise procurement processes, and experience using ERP, CRM, or e-tendering platforms.
