Growth Lead Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our user acquisition and community building efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem and a proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results.

About the Role:
  • Job Description: As a Growth Lead, you will be responsible for owning user growth from first contact to active usage. This includes building presence in trading communities, driving user acquisition, developing partnerships, personal onboarding, creating community, running growth experiments, and owning metrics.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Build presence in key trading platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Telegram
    • Drive user acquisition through personalized outreach and demos
    • Develop relationships with trading institutes, broker offices, and educational platforms
    • Ensure new users understand and actively use the product
    • Create and nurture user communities for knowledge sharing and engagement
    • Test acquisition channels, measure results, and scale what works
  • Requirements:
    • A strong understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem
    • A proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results
    • Experience building or managing communities (1000+ members)
    • Comfort with both digital and in-person engagement
    • An analytical mindset with experience in growth metrics
