Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized and have a strong understanding of both strategic and day-to-day HR operations.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of HR management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and support all HR functions within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and employee development plans.
  • Lead benefit administration, open enrollment, and maintain accurate employee records (HRIS, personnel files, etc.).
  • Track and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover, absenteeism, and training effectiveness.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture.
