
Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of client acquisition specialists to drive sales across luxury apartment, retail, and commercial projects in the MMR region.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets aligned with project sales goals and review team performance regularly to drive target achievement through structured planning.
- Sourcetable leads for ongoing mandate projects across Thane by tapping into investor circles, HNIs, and direct client sources.
- Build strong referral networks and partnerships with local influencers to ensure repeat site footfall and closures.
- Act as a lead generator for the on-site sales team by driving qualified walk-ins and site visits.
Job Description:
This role is responsible for bringing in direct clients and expanding the broker/channel partner network to drive sales across luxury apartment, retail, and commercial projects in the MMR region.
The ideal candidate will have experience in client sourcing and broker engagement for real estate, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and local market knowledge of residential, retail & commercial real estate.
Requirements:
- 3-18 years in real estate sales, channel management, or client acquisition.
- Graduate (any discipline).
- MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate (preferred).
