
Lead Human Resources Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Human Resources department, developing and implementing effective strategies to promote employee engagement and well-being. This includes managing recruitment processes, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
This role entails handling personnel management, fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and employee relations. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee experience
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee relations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Bonus: Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is highly desirable.
