Forging Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Forging Engineering Manager to lead our engineering initiatives. This key role will focus on developing and implementing strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring effective cost management, quality standards, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement forging operation-specific engineering strategies in line with company goals.
  • Ensure engineering processes consistently meet price, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Promote process improvements and innovation in forging techniques to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, Design, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
  • Lead and mentor the forging engineering team to achieve high performance and technical excellence.
  • Monitor engineering KPIs and ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality systems.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies and equipment relevant to forging operations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in forging operations.
  • Strong knowledge of forging processes, tooling, die design, and related manufacturing practices.
