Strategic Business Unit Leader

The Strategic Business Unit Leader is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the precision machining operations within the organization.

This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in precision machining, strategic planning, and operational management to drive excellence and innovation in our manufacturing processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the overall business objectives and long-term goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential risks to drive growth and sustainability.
  • Lead the unit in achieving financial targets, operational KPIs, and other performance metrics.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the precision machining facility, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Ensure the facility meets all regulatory, safety, and compliance standards.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers, engineers, and technicians.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes innovation and excellence.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them achieve their professional goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum years of experience in precision machining operations.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, managing large teams and complex operations.
