Executive Leadership Position

This executive leadership position leads the strategic development and implementation of plans that align with the company's overall business objectives and long-term goals.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, managing large teams and complex operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers, engineers, and technicians.

Financial Management: Manage the organization's budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

Innovation and Technology: Stay abreast of technological advancements and drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance competitiveness.

Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is required. An MBA or advanced engineering degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in precision machining operations within the machine manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, managing large teams and complex operations.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, financial management, and operational excellence.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
