**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes, routers, grinders) according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Monitor machine operations during production and make adjustments as necessary.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Accurately complete production and inspection reports.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
- 1+ years of experience operating CNC machines (or entry-level if training is provided).
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Familiarity with machine shop mathematics.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CNC programming (preferred).

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to [X] lbs as needed.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Pay: ₹10,286.19 - ₹28,442.70 per month
