Senior Production Lead

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a production team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing day-to-day production activities, supervising team members, and coordinating with other departments as needed.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of operators and technicians in achieving production targets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Supervise and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is functioning properly and schedule preventive maintenance as needed.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), lean manufacturing principles, and safety protocols to minimize risks and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address non-conformities and reduce rejection rates.
  • Conduct daily shift handovers and ensure clear communication across shifts and departments.
  • Develop and maintain shift-wise production reports, logbooks, and incident records.
  • Train and mentor new joiners on work instructions, equipment use, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure timely material availability by coordinating with inventory/warehouse teams.
Qualifications & Experience:

Our ideal candidate should have a diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, along with 3-5 years of experience in electronic product manufacturing. Hands-on knowledge of SMT lines, PCB assembly, functional testing, calibration, and final product assembly is required.
