About the Role:

Apollo Telehealth Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and direction to employees, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or telehealth setting.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
