Job Summary

Edureka seeks a skilled Inside Sales professional to drive business growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing and maintaining customer relationships, with a strong background in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Utilize research and data analysis to inform sales decisions and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Edureka's products and services to effectively communicate value to customers

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in Inside Sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools
