
DTC Channel Growth Specialist

This role involves leading marketing initiatives for the direct-to-consumer (D2C) channel, driving engagement, repeat purchases, and positioning the website as the preferred shopping destination.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading go-to-market strategies for new features or products in consumer product marketing. Experience in B2C, preferably D2C brands is also essential.
Key responsibilities include developing feature positioning and messaging that clearly communicates value in enhancing convenience, engagement, and loyalty, planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, conducting user research to gather insights from surveys, interviews, and data analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align research findings with feature positioning, and determining the level of marketing amplification required.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, including defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing performance data, and adjusting strategies to optimize results.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in consumer product marketing with a track record of leading go-to-market strategies for new features or products.
- Experience in B2C, preferably D2C brands.
- Strategic planning and execution skills, including leading cross-functional alignment and developing detailed GTM strategies.
- Consumer insights expertise, including using data and research to craft user personas and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Messaging and positioning skills, including developing compelling narratives for diverse user segments.
