Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in client servicing and account management, with a strong focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end client servicing, including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews. They will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time, while ensuring timely collection of payments and managing account profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Support new business development by participating in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/agency.
  • Must have hands-on agency sales/business development experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
