Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

 

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing expert-level technical assistance to customers worldwide, troubleshooting complex issues related to software applications.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Utilize available tools and resources to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Engage with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, best practices, and solutions for complex problems.
  • Document and Verify Issues: Accurately document and verify reported problems, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and recorded.
  • Prioritize Tasks: Effectively prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
  • Close Issues: Provide quick resolutions and document technical analysis and root cause wherever applicable.

 

Requirements:

  • Hands-on Experience: Proven hands-on experience in networking, CentOs Linux, Windows OS, Contact Center Technologies (including Automated Dialers & Telephony), Application Support, Telephony experience/SIP, XML scripting, Object Oriented Programming.
  • Learning Ability: Demonstrated ability to learn complex software tools quickly, strong customer service, problem-solving, documentation, and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a technical and fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, achieve KPIs on a regular basis, flexibility to work hours outside of normal shift, meet customer needs.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Advanced Skills: VXML, CCML, RDBMS, Microsoft LUIS/CLU, API's, SMS, Cloud technologies - AWS and/or Google knowledge will be an added advantage, Basic Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (Salesforce Communities a PLUS).
