About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our business development and sales efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading outbound business development and consultative sales to high net worth individuals and family offices. They will also own the end-to-end client journey, from sale to onboarding, portfolio discussions, and relationship building.

  • Lead outbound business development and consultative sales to HNI/UHNI investors and family offices
  • Own the end-to-end client journey: sale, onboarding, portfolio discussions, and relationship building
  • Communicate investment strategies clearly, especially our hyper-personalization approach
  • Gather structured client feedback and work cross-functionally with the product team to influence product direction
  • Leverage modern tools, such as AI agents and CRM software
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, PMS/AIF advisory, or private banking
  • Strong academic background from premier institutions and willingness to obtain relevant certifications
  • Demonstrated success managing HNI/UHNI relationships, especially younger or tech-savvy clients
  • Mindset focused on AI-native productivity, end-to-end ownership, and bias toward action
