Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop impactful learning programs that align with strategic business objectives.

  • Create engaging, effective, and visually compelling learning content for global audiences
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and instructionally sound materials
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, L&D partners, and global stakeholders to create learner-centric experiences
  • Develop storyboards, course outlines, scripts, and learner assessments

The ideal candidate will have expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and strong communication skills. They will be able to work collaboratively across time zones and convey complex ideas simply. Advanced storytelling and storyboarding abilities are essential, as well as exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills for instructional content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop e-learning content that meets adult learning principles and accessibility standards
  • Create multimedia resources, including videos, images, and interactive elements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is aligned with branding guidelines and business objectives
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of instructional design models and adult learning theories
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas simply
  • Advanced project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
