Job Description

Seven-Consultancy is assisting a reputable NGO in Chennai, India in their search for a Senior Manager Learning & Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring the performance management, learning opportunities and vision for engagement for all staff members.

  • Collaborate with schools, academic managers and curriculum teams to understand training requirements.
  • Design high-quality training modules that enhance or build upon existing curricula for teachers, coordinators and principals.
  • Work closely with senior managers and directors to comprehend team training requirements.
  • Develop high-quality training modules for implementation teams.
  • Apply learning design methodologies, competency modeling, and blended learning techniques.
  • Innovate instructional design and create both print and online materials.
  • Create storyboards for video and multimedia content.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in designing curriculum and teacher training material.
  • Hands-on experience in training teachers and supporting their learning.
  • Expertise in learning pedagogies, including competency modeling and blended learning.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Preferably experienced in designing MOOCs.

Additional preferences include a passion for education.
