Job Title: Learning Experience Manager

About the Role

The Learning Experience Manager is responsible for designing and implementing training initiatives to enhance staff capabilities, align with organizational goals, and promote continuous learning.

This role requires expertise in adult learning principles, training delivery, and performance improvement with a strong focus on ministry-oriented and skill-based development.

The Learning Experience Manager will oversee quality checks and training for the Telephone Prayer Tower (TPT) to ensure excellence in prayer and counseling services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Training Needs Analysis
  • Conduct thorough assessments across departments to identify skills gaps and future capability requirements.
  • Develop annual L&D plans aligned to organizational strategy.
Program Design & Development
  • Create engaging training modules for technical, soft skills, and ministry-related competencies.
  • Customize onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Develop leadership and succession planning programs.
Training Delivery
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and online learning sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal trainers, ministry leaders, and external experts.
  • Ensure training content incorporates latest learning technologies and biblical values.
Telephone Prayer Tower (TPT) Quality & Training
  • Conduct regular call audits to evaluate prayer quality, counseling, and partner experience.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to intercessors for continuous improvement.
  • Develop training content specific to prayer, counseling, communication, and ministry standards.
  • Monitor consistency, empathy, and spiritual depth in TPT calls.
Evaluation & Impact Measurement
  • Monitor training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance data.
  • Track ROI of L&D initiatives and recommend improvements.
Learning Systems & Resources
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning resources.
  • Maintain an updated library of training materials and e-learning content.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with department heads to address skill gaps.
  • Support cultural transformation, employee engagement, and career development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • 5+ years in L&D or training management.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Creativity in developing learning experiences that engage and inspire.
  • Ability to align learning programs with both organizational and spiritual objectives.
