About This Role :

- We are looking for a talented Digital Experience Strategist to join our team in Chennai. You will have the opportunity to work on highly visible projects with clients across industries, helping them achieve their business goals using cutting-edge Adobe tools and solutions.

- As a Digital Experience Strategist, you will be responsible for architecting & designing solutions that meet client needs. This includes owning the end-to-end solution design process, from analyzing client requirements to creating scalable, sustainable solutions with AEM and Adobe Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Architect & Design Solutions :
  • Client Engagement : Lead technical discussions, build strong relationships with clients, and provide consultative expertise to ensure their vision is brought to life.
  • Lead Technical Delivery : Guide the development teams, ensuring high-quality, performance-optimized solutions, and act as a hands-on leader in the implementation phase.
  • Innovative Integrations : Integrate AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (like AJO, CJA, AEP) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) to drive seamless digital experiences across devices and channels.
  • Agile Project Management : Take ownership of project planning, timelines, and scalability, while applying Agile practices to deliver top-tier solutions.

Requirements :

  • AEM Expertise : Strong experience in Sightly, OSGi, Sling Models, and AEM integrations with Adobe Marketing Cloud.
  • Cloud & DevOps : Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), DevOps tools (Jenkins, Maven, Azure DevOps), and Java.
  • Hands-on Leadership : Ability to lead complex AEM implementations, mentor developers, and maintain the highest standards of code quality.
  • Digital Transformation : Experience designing and implementing omni-channel solutions that provide personalized experiences across web, mobile, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Security & Performance : Familiarity with security protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSO) and ensuring optimal performance in large-scale enterprise systems.
