Job Title: Learning Experience ArchitectJob Summary:

The role involves end-to-end management of organizational learning programs, including needs identification, content design and delivery. The candidate should leverage expertise in learning and development to drive business outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps and development needs.
  • Capability Building: Strengthen delivery capabilities across the organization through targeted learning interventions.
  • Instructional Design & Content Creation: Design, develop, and update learning content using various modalities.
  • Program Management & Delivery: Plan, schedule, and execute training initiatives for a diverse workforce.
  • Early-Career Programs: Own the strategy and execution of programs for early-career talent.
  • Program Evaluation & Reporting: Implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Learning & Development Governance: Ensure all learning initiatives are well-structured and aligned with business needs.
Required Skills / Experience:
  • Functional Expertise - Deep understanding of learning & development frameworks, instructional design models, adult learning principles, and leadership development practices.
  • Business & Domain Acumen -Ability to connect learning strategy with business goals.
  • Interpersonal & Facilitation Skills - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Technology & Analytical Skills - Proficiency in using LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
  • L&D Program Management: A strong track record in program management.
