Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales team members to improve their performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 based on industry standards and market conditions in Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai/Delhi/Lucknow.
