Scrum Master Role

This role requires a professional who can facilitate Scrum practices, collaborate with team members and stakeholders, and ensure the successful implementation of Agile methodologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing and maintaining Scrum processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborating with team members, product owners, and stakeholders to define project scope and goals
  • Facilitating sprint planning, review, daily scrum, refinement meetings, and retrospectives
  • Servicing as an Agile coach for marketing teams and promoting adherence to Agile best practices in marketing
  • Maintaining accurate records of progress and implementing necessary adjustments to optimize performance
  • Communicating project status to stakeholders and addressing any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing operations with at least 3-4 years in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Strong understanding of Agile terminology, including backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity, task definition, and more
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent agile certifications
