Job Overview

We're seeking a Marketing Automation Lead to drive our marketing efforts forward.


As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that fuel demand generation and retention.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Partnering with product and marketing teams to design and implement efficient processes that maximize operational efficiency
  • Administering Marketo instance, ensuring seamless alignment with marketing, revenue operations, finance, and sales teams
  • Developing and maintaining documentation to ensure operational efficiency
  • Driving change management and communications for technology implementation, data policy, and process re-engineering within marketing
  • Leading standard cadence of operational meetings to share insights on marketing performance and maintain alignment across key business priorities and stakeholders

Additional responsibilities include continuously simplifying systems and processes, monitoring and maintaining data quality within the marketing database, and partnering with core marketing and sales teams to refine and improve Demand Waterfall processes and metrics using data insights and feedback.
