Job Description:
Innovation Strategy DirectorWe are seeking an experienced Innovation Strategy Director to lead our corporate innovation efforts and drive growth through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and implementing innovation projects in a corporate setting, with a strong understanding of the innovation ecosystem, including incubation processes, funding mechanisms, and technology trends.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement corporate innovation programs to drive growth and foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify innovation opportunities and develop strategies to address them.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute innovation projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage the incubation process for startups, providing mentorship, resources, and support to help them succeed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in innovation management, program management, or corporate innovation roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing innovation projects in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of the innovation ecosystem, including incubation processes, funding mechanisms, and technology trends.
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
