Placement Operations Manager - Campus Hiring Expertise

About This Role:

This is a high-growth, mission-driven position that requires an individual with first-hand experience from managing campus placements and strong industry connections. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of how fresher recruitment works, particularly in fast-growing domains like Data Science, Analytics, and Software Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Corporate Connects: Visit corporates in respective regions to drive opportunities for freshers across campuses and online bootcamp programs.
  • Relationship Management: Engage with corporates to build and maintain strong connects with hiring teams.
  • Industry Connects: Leverage existing recruiter relationships and networks to open doors for new hiring partnerships.
  • Employer Engagement: Conduct high-quality discussions with recruiters to understand hiring needs and position our learner pool effectively.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Own the entire recruitment process lifecycle – JD sharing, student shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Education: BE/BTech or MBA from a reputed institute.
  • Experience: 3-4 years as a TPO or in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college/B-school.
  • Domain Exposure: Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is highly desirable.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communicator with the ability to manage recruiters, internal teams, and students with equal effectiveness.
  • Process-Oriented: Strong grasp of campus hiring workflows and placement operations.
  • Result-Oriented: Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomes.
