Emotional Wellness Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Emotional Wellness Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth and academic mental health, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students in an empathetic and approachable way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide mental health support on a rotational basis.
  • Conduct counseling sessions in student hostels.
  • Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through our portal.
  • Build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students through floor walks in hostels.
  • Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (mandatory).
  • Experience or strong interest in working with youth/academic mental health.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students.
  • Comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of Bengali is a plus.
  • Willing to stay on campus.
