Job Title

We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused individual to assist patients and their families before, during, and after medical treatment.

About the Role
  • We will provide clear information about doctors and treatment plans to build confidence in patients.
  • Schedule appointments based on medical urgency and patient status to ensure timely care.
  • Explain treatment options, costs, and expected duration for pay patients to promote transparency.
  • Guide patients to various departments such as OT, pharmacy, and wards for convenient access.
  • Ensure all pre-treatment formalities are completed, including fee deposits and checkups, to avoid delays.
  • Coordinate with treating doctors and Medical Director regarding patient updates to maintain accurate records.
  • Support patients during treatment by ensuring mental and physical readiness and timely availability for optimal outcomes.
  • Facilitate post-treatment discharge, documentation, payment clearance, and feedback collection to measure success.
  • Educate patients and families about medication, care, and follow-up schedules to empower them.
  • Monitor patient progress and coordinate further care if needed to ensure continuity of care.

  • High level of patience, politeness, and a positive attitude to create a welcoming environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or any related field to possess the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in patient counseling or healthcare support services to demonstrate proficiency.
