We are in search of a seasoned recruitment expert to spearhead our talent acquisition endeavors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end bulk hiring, sales hiring, and not IT recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets across departments and locations
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements
  • Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  • Ensure recruitment policies comply with labor laws and company standards
  • Partner with marketing and branding teams to promote employer brand initiatives

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate degree
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in campus hiring, lateral hiring, sales hiring, and leadership hiring
  • Understanding of diversity hiring practices
  • High energy, result-oriented, and driven by performance metrics
