Key Responsibilities include:

  • Perform daily & weekly reporting activities
  • Proficient in writing & creating customized emails
  • Perform cross-functional tasks
  • Handle data collection, sorting, and verification
  • Create meeting minutes
  • Perform regular follow-ups with clients over calls
  • Follow instructions from seniors
  • Organize & Prioritize work
  • Regular follow-ups with customers over calls for collection and following up on invoices

Requirements:

  • Prior experience of 2-3 months internship in sales/business development/client relation/post sales.
  • Experience & knowledge of B2B SaaS industry
  • Ability to devote 9 hours a day for 6 days a week. Available to start from 10 am onwards
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills
  • Knowledge of various tools & data collection
