Job Title: Territory Growth Manager

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the management of a defined region or territory. This may involve geographical areas, multiple locations, or offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies to improve sales and recruitment within their designated area.

  • Maximize sales and profitability in the region
  • Plan and set targets for the sales team
  • Develop sales strategies for various products and achieve desired outcomes
  • Create campaigns and recognition plans to enhance recruitment and agency engagement
  • Track data on agent recruitment, coding, and activation across all locations
  • Maintain connections with top-performing agents and provide support as needed to increase business
  • Provide regular training sessions for new agents on FGII products and processes
  • Oversight of recruiting, objective-setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
