Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Vijayawada Rajamundry Warangal The Territory Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets and promoting VST products in the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include managing relationships with dealers, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, providing product training, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Territory Manager will also be responsible for preparing and submitting regular sales reports, and coordinating with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture or machinery industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
  • Experience in managing dealer networks and conducting product training is a plus
