
Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop bid strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content, pricing, and compliance information.
- Lead the full bid lifecycle, including tender analysis, qualification, response strategy, and final submission.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA/B.Tech preferred).
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in bid management, preferably in the IT/Data Analytics/SaaS domain.
- Strong understanding of government e-procurement portals.
- Proven track record of winning complex bids and tenders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to analyze tender documents and identify key requirements, risks, and winning themes.
- Maintain a centralized repository of bid documents, templates, past submissions, and response libraries.
- Monitor government portals, industry sources, and tender sites to identify upcoming opportunities.
Additional Information:
- Regularly review and improve bid management processes and success rates.
- Ensure 100% compliance with bid submission protocols, deadlines, and eligibility criteria.
