Lead Sales Performance

We are looking for a highly motivated Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Miduty.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and uphold Miduty's reputation for quality and innovation.

Key aspects of your role may include:

  • Location: Gurgaon
  • Job Type: Work from Office
  • Working Days: 6 days working, 2nd & 4th Sat

You will be responsible for communicating clear performance goals and conducting regular performance evaluations.

In addition, you will reach monthly sales goals determined by the company, optimize calling scripts, and maintain efficiency of call software's and Sales CRM.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
