The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director to lead our growth and partnership efforts in the luxury space. This individual will be responsible for driving commercial revenue through strategic partnerships, ideating and executing integrated marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand partnerships in the luxury fashion, jewellery, and watches categories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, CNCC, and Events, to create seamless experiences for clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with key clients and partners to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure success.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the luxury market, industry trends, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • 13+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the luxury industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding partnerships in high-end markets.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹40,00,000 - ₹60,00,000 per annum.
