Technical Proposal Writer Position

We are seeking a skilled Technical Proposal Writer to join our organization. This is a 100% remote opportunity that can be based anywhere in India.

  • This position involves determining proposal requirements by identifying and clarifying objectives within the RFPs, gathering proposal information by identifying sources of information, and coordinating with key providers and other internal contributors for additional information if needed.
About the Role

This Technical Proposal Writer will produce quality responses to RFPs by following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone. The ideal candidate should have strong technical background and understanding of business process management / enterprise software and security considerations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine proposal requirements by identifying and clarifying objectives within the RFPs.
  • Gather proposal information by identifying sources of information, and coordinating with key providers and other internal contributors for additional information if needed.
  • Produce quality responses to RFPs by following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong technical background and understanding of business process management / enterprise software and security considerations.
  • Two or more years of experience responding to technical RFPs from large firms and government organizations.
  • Good time and project management skills to ensure that proposals are submitted accurately and on time.
