Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer support through various communication channels, ensuring a tailored approach that reflects our commitment to quality and exclusivity.

Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, offering efficient and effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Oversee customer accounts, including order processing, special requests, and follow-ups, ensuring all interactions are documented accurately in the CRM system.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback, leveraging insights to inform internal teams and improve service delivery.

Identify opportunities for enhancing service processes, contributing to the overall improvement of the customer experience.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in a premium or luxury customer support role, with an understanding of delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to handle client inquiries
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to offer tailored solutions
  • Ability to manage time effectively and keep detailed records
