Job Title: Customer Support Excecutive
Position Overview:
We are seeking a sales and support professional who can provide effective customer support, understand customer needs, and offer tailored assistance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls and do outbound calls to patients, assisting them in scheduling appointments for medical services.
2. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and accurately, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Collect patient information accurately and enter it into the appointment scheduling system.
4. Communicate appointment details, including date, time, location, and any special instructions, to patients clearly and effectively.
5. Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary reminders via phone, email, or text message.
6. Manage appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests in a timely manner, adhering to clinic policies and procedures.
7. Provide information about products/services, pricing, promotions, and company policies as needed.
8. Listen actively to customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services.
9. Follow established scripts and call protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service.
10. Document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the CRM system.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in customer support and/or sales roles preferred, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
4. Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to achieve common goals.
6. Basic excel knowledge.
7. Flexibility to work on weekends.
Language Requirements:
English is a must, and proficiency in other languages such as Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Marathi is a plus.
