About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  1. Resolve customer queries over Voice, Email, and Chat
  2. Ensure Zero compliance issues in terms of call quality
  3. Conduct activities and plan strategy to bring improvement in teams assigned
  4. Be flexible with rotational shifts
  5. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2-7 years of proven track record of International cold calling experience
  2. Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice
  3. Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills
  4. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  5. Strong time management and decision-making skills
  6. Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
  7. Adaptability and accountability
