About the Role
Silvermine Group, a leading SaaS Company, seeks a skilled Customer Support Liaison to join our US Voice process team. With over 15 years of experience in building E-commerce and SaaS companies, we empower our employees to make decisions that serve our customer's interests first.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries over Voice, Email, and Chat
- Ensure Zero compliance issues in terms of call quality
- Conduct activities and plan strategy to bring improvement in teams assigned
- Be flexible with rotational shifts
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
Requirements
- Minimum 2-7 years of proven track record of International cold calling experience
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
- Adaptability and accountability
