About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at HubSpot, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, live chat, and email. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, adapting to fluctuating inquiry volumes and applying troubleshooting frameworks to identify and diagnose software issues.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to resolve issues and improve their experience.
- Utilize internal resources and tools to learn and adapt to our growing product and industry.
- Identify opportunities to grow customers' businesses through our software and convert those opportunities into leads for Sales.
- Collaborate with teams such as Customer Success and Product to retain and grow customers on our platform.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Self-motivation, curiosity, and a growth mindset are essential.
- Strong customer-centric approach and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
