We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Risk Management Director. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating risks that could impact our operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with experience in developing and implementing strategies to minimize risks and maximize opportunities. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. This includes conducting regular risk assessments, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement mitigation plans.
- Audit Support: Assist in the preparation, coordination, and execution of audits, including SOC1, SOC2, and C5 audits. This includes gathering relevant documentation, conducting internal assessments, and liaising with external auditors.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify areas of improvement and assist in implementing necessary changes.
- Training and Awareness: Participate in training sessions related to risk management, compliance, and audit processes. Assist in raising awareness of compliance requirements within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, auditing, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
