Project Director Position

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead Digital Power Projects in our organization. This role is pivotal in taking complete end-to-end ownership of Field Execution, Project Management, from Business requirement gathering to delivering return on experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large cross-functional/domain project teams
  • Coordinate overall governance for projects including Safety, Quality, and Profitable Timely Closure
  • Capture and monitor all key metrics as required by Schneider Electric Customer Service and Quality teams
  • Engage Field Engineers and Technicians for site planning and execution
  • Ability to validate change requests
  • Experience in Change Management/Business Transformation
  • Business Development through Sales Lead (Pull Through) from Service Representatives

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Engineering drawings
  • Project Management Services Sales
  • Risk Assessment and Control
  • Familiar with latest Digital Trends in Finance and Accounting
  • SAS, EPMS, EPAS, PME, AHF, APFC, Relay Protection design engineering
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
  • Crisis/Conflict Management with partners (Suppliers, Distributors, Consultants)

Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Engineering Graduate with 10-15 years relevant experience with excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experienced in managing small-mid size teams of Technical experts preferably in Electrical Automation Services/Project domain (of SAS system & Products, Protection System & Products, EPAS)
  • Desirable: Certified in one or more project management areas PMP
