Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the People, Organization and Culture team to deliver Compensation and Benefits solutions tailored for clients.
  • Design and implement annual pay reviews and bonus processes.
  • Align with statutory compliance and market practices.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and trends analysis.
  • Evaluate jobs and create leveling models.
  • Budget, manage and execute annual compensation cycles.
  • Present solutions and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate benefits programs with HR operations and finance.

Experience and Requirements:

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a compensation role.
  • All-round understanding of Total Rewards design principles.
  • Familiarity with leading Job Evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles.
  • High level of Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel.

Preferred experience and Skills:

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • University degree in HR with a Master's or MBA preferred.
