Senior Human Resources Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the human resources vision and strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

  • In addition, you will develop and maintain harmonious industrial relations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a positive employer brand.

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute a group-wide HR vision aligned to our business strategy and multi-sector growth ambitions.

  • Talent Acquisition & Leadership Pipeline: Develop a robust talent pipeline for CXO and BU leadership roles across businesses.

  • Organization Design & Culture Building: Create an agile organizational structure that allows synergies across businesses while respecting BU autonomy.

  • Digital HR Transformation: Lead digitization of HR systems (HRMS, AI-driven talent analytics, workforce planning).

  • Employee Engagement & Employer Branding: Ensure high employee engagement scores across all businesses.

  • Capability Building & Future Skills: Establish corporate academies/university for leadership, technical upskilling, and cross-sector mobility.

  • Industrial Relations & Compliance: Maintain harmonious relations across large blue-collar manufacturing setups.

  • Diversity, Inclusion & Sustainability: Drive DEI programs with measurable outcomes.
