We're seeking a seasoned People & Culture leader to drive strategic HR initiatives and deliver exceptional employee experiences across India, UAE, and Mauritius.

About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a forward-thinking HR professional to shape and scale our HR capabilities, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.

  • Lead the development and implementation of people-centric strategies that foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen and streamline core HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with Group People & Culture to design and deliver group-wide programs in areas such as performance management, leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide expert guidance on talent planning, employee relations, performance issues, and workforce initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of broad-based HR experience, preferably with multi-country or regional exposure.
  • Strong generalist background with expertise in HR operations, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work strategically while driving hands-on results.
  • Experience in strengthening or evolving HR processes in high-growth or dynamic environments.
  • Working knowledge of Indian employment law, with familiarity with UAE and Mauritius regulations a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
