Performance Management Specialist

">Job Description:

The Performance Management Specialist will be responsible for leading the implementation of a performance-driven culture across the organization. This includes designing and managing the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS), providing strategic advice to senior leadership, and institutionalizing Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to manage multiple business expectations. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Performance Management and BSC implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage the PMS to align business and people performance
  • Develop and implement BSC-based scorecards at organizational, departmental, and individual levels
  • Define SMART KPIs across all four BSC dimensions: Financial, Customer, Internal Processes, and Learning & Growth

Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Framework:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute

  • Comfortable working in matrix organizations with cross-functional dependencies
