Performance Optimization Lead

About the Role:

We're seeking a Performance Optimization Lead to lead ad campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple platforms. This role plays a key part in driving results for clients and internal brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on various platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per conversion (CPC).
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
  • Generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.
  • Stay updated with trends and updates in digital advertising platforms.

We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in running paid ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rate (CTR), ROAS, CPC, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries or verticals.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting.
  • Experience working in a creative/digital agency environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
