Job Title:

Global Performance and Rewards Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to shape and execute our global performance management, compensation planning and employee rewards and recognition strategies. This senior member of the Global Talent, Reward and Culture Team will drive impactful projects and initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global policies and systems for rewards, compensation, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business results through effective communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Provide expert advice on compensation planning, performance management, and employee rewards and recognition strategies.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation, and performance management within a global organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to use good judgment, be discreet, and highly trustworthy with ethical conduct and integrity.
