Leading the development of compensation and benefits practices requires a strategic mindset.
This role will drive best-in-class compensation and benefits practices individually under the supervision of a Total Rewards Leader.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market landscape and practices specifically in health and mental wellbeing, as well as strong network of peers in competitor organizations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design compensation structures and determine salary structures
- Monitor and maintain the organization's Compensation structure
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis for market intelligence indicators
- Consult with Sr. Leaders and managers on Compensation philosophy, policies and structures
- Research and analyze market data to develop compensation structures
- Support the work of HR professionals within the CoE and the development of a global HR organization
- Undertake job evaluations to ensure fair pay differences between jobs within the organization
- Prepare RFPs and shortlist vendors
- Benefits Responsibilities:
- Drive wellbeing and Benefits / rewards operations professionals to enable the development and successful implementation of Health and Mental Wellbeing policies and programs
- Define problem statements, goal setting, performance management, escalation management and coaching/mentoring the operations team
- Work closely with senior leadership, HR, HQ Benefits and Wellbeing teams to build consensus and support for the India Health and Wellbeing Strategy
- Focus on communication and branding of all associate benefits
- Drive insurance renewal for the entity
- Develops the approach for administering health and wellbeing programs for India in India
- Drives vendor market intelligence across the broader benefits portfolio & help organization to optimize ROI
Requirements:
- 10-12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Experienced graduate in any discipline or MBA Finance / HR
- Prior experience in people leadership with expertise in benefits portfolio management
- Deep expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management and process design & governance
- Awareness of market landscape and practices specifically in health and mental wellbeing
- Strong presentation skills and communication are desirable
- Able to handle large size data in Excel skill
- Must be able to conduct self in a professional manner in dealing with highly sensitive information.
- Time management and analytical skills
- Past experience in matrix organization or corporate office will be preferred
