This role will drive best-in-class compensation and benefits practices individually under the supervision of a Total Rewards Leader.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market landscape and practices specifically in health and mental wellbeing, as well as strong network of peers in competitor organizations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design compensation structures and determine salary structures
  • Monitor and maintain the organization's Compensation structure
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis for market intelligence indicators
  • Consult with Sr. Leaders and managers on Compensation philosophy, policies and structures
  • Research and analyze market data to develop compensation structures
  • Support the work of HR professionals within the CoE and the development of a global HR organization
  • Undertake job evaluations to ensure fair pay differences between jobs within the organization
  • Prepare RFPs and shortlist vendors
  • Benefits Responsibilities:
  • Drive wellbeing and Benefits / rewards operations professionals to enable the development and successful implementation of Health and Mental Wellbeing policies and programs
  • Define problem statements, goal setting, performance management, escalation management and coaching/mentoring the operations team
  • Work closely with senior leadership, HR, HQ Benefits and Wellbeing teams to build consensus and support for the India Health and Wellbeing Strategy
  • Focus on communication and branding of all associate benefits
  • Drive insurance renewal for the entity
  • Develops the approach for administering health and wellbeing programs for India in India
  • Drives vendor market intelligence across the broader benefits portfolio & help organization to optimize ROI

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Experienced graduate in any discipline or MBA Finance / HR
  • Prior experience in people leadership with expertise in benefits portfolio management
  • Deep expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management and process design & governance
  • Awareness of market landscape and practices specifically in health and mental wellbeing
  • Strong presentation skills and communication are desirable
  • Able to handle large size data in Excel skill
  • Must be able to conduct self in a professional manner in dealing with highly sensitive information.
  • Time management and analytical skills
  • Past experience in matrix organization or corporate office will be preferred
